XIIIth International Glass Symposium in Novy Bor
The XIIth International Glass Symposium took place in Novy Bor 4-7th October 2018. An exhibition of work created during the symposium is exhibited at the Glass Museum Novy Bor from 7.10. 2018 – 31.1. 2019. Æsa Björk collaborated with Kolektiv Ateliers in Novy Bor in the creation of a picture based on her fractures series.

Shield II awarded Grand Prize
The work Shield II by Æsa Björk and Tinna Thorsteinsdóttir was awarded the Grand Prize by the jury for the Toyama International Glass Exhibition 2018. The exhibition will take place at the Toyama Glass Art Museum from September 15th – November 25th 2018. Norwegian Crafts and the Norwegian MFA (UDs frakt og reisestøtte), as well
